Subscription Terms

This page explains how paying for Power Prompts Lab works — in plain language, with no small print tricks. The short version: you choose a monthly, annual or one-time lifetime plan, you can cancel a subscription at any time, and your initial purchase is backed by our money-back guarantee.
1. What these terms cover
These terms explain how paying for Power Prompts Lab works — the plans, billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds. They are part of our Terms and Conditions. We have kept them short and plain, because you should never need a lawyer to understand what you are paying for.
2. The plans
There are three ways to pay, and every plan unlocks all lessons:
- Monthly — a subscription billed once a month. It renews automatically until you cancel.
- Annual — a subscription billed once a year at a discounted rate. It renews automatically until you cancel.
- Lifetime — a single one-time payment. No renewals, no further charges, ever.
The exact price of each plan is always shown clearly before you pay, on the plan page and again at checkout. The price you see there is the price you pay — there are no hidden extras.
3. Billing and renewal
Payments are handled by a leading, secure payment provider — your card number never touches our systems. For subscriptions:
- Your first payment is taken when you subscribe, and your plan starts straight away.
- Your plan then renews automatically, monthly plans each month, annual plans each year — using the payment method you gave.
- A record of every payment, with its invoice, is available in Settings under Payment History.
The lifetime plan is different: you pay once, and there is nothing to renew and nothing further to cancel.
4. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time, and it only takes a minute — no phone calls, no hoops:
- Go to your account page and choose Manage Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation. That's it.
When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. If you have any trouble cancelling, email us at hello@powerpromptslab.com and we will sort it out for you.
5. Our money-back guarantee
We are confident you will find the lessons worth it — so confident that your initial purchase is backed by a money-back guarantee. If Power Prompts Lab is not right for you, contact us at hello@powerpromptslab.com and we will refund your initial purchase. Some conditions apply. Email us and we will gladly explain them, even before you buy. Nothing in this guarantee reduces any refund rights that consumer law already gives you.
6. If prices change
We may change our prices from time to time. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for, and it never affects a lifetime plan — that is a one-time payment, full stop. If the price of your subscription is going to change at your next renewal, we will tell you by email in good time first, so you can decide whether to continue or cancel before you are charged.
7. If a payment fails
If a renewal payment does not go through — for example, an expired card, the payment provider will retry it. If it keeps failing, your access to lessons may be paused until the payment is sorted. Your progress is never deleted because of a failed payment; as soon as the payment goes through, everything is exactly where you left it.
